2. Services & Crawler Policies

AuditGenie provides custom technical crawls, Core Web Vitals checks, and competitor benchmarking tools. When utilizing the service:

• You guarantee that you possess the necessary authorization to scan and crawl the website domains you queue on this service.
• You agree not to bypass our platform API limits, execute automated scraping checks on AuditGenie itself, or inject scripts that degrade our computing nodes.
• We reserve the right to restrict domains or limit processing power to prevent network congestion or protect third-party host systems.

3. Intellectual Property & Brand customizer

Ownership and commercial reuse guidelines:

• AI Reports & Action Plans: You own the final generated reports, recommended checklists, and target documents. You have the right to share them publicly or export them as white-labeled PDFs with custom branding presets for commercial or agency customers.
• Software Rights: The AuditGenie core software, styles, crawler codes, logos, trademarks, and UI themes are protected by copyright laws and remain the exclusive property of AuditGenie.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & AI Disclaimer

THE PLATFORM AND CORRESPONDING AUDIT SUGGESTIONS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY:

• Our AI engines evaluate parameters according to modern SEO best practices. However, search engines (such as Google, Bing, etc.) periodically modify ranking algorithms. We give no guarantee that executing the 30-day action plan will result in traffic increases or rank position hikes.
• We do not promise that crawler results will be completely error-free or uninterrupted. Results are intended purely for optimization and developmental guidelines.

5. Termination & System Abuse

We reserve the absolute right to suspend or block access to your workspace, without prior warning, if we suspect you are violating terms, auditing malicious website targets, or abusing backend computing APIs.
